    Due to the rising costs of fuel, Kyowa Shipping has revised the SOx Surcharge (SSC) beginning February 2020. The increase will cover the value difference between conventional fuel and the mandated low sulfur oil as well as maintain the quality of Kyowa’s liner service throughout the Pacific region.     PAG Interim Tariff Rate Increase:

    Invasive Species Inspection Fee

    Effective July 1, 2015, the Department of Agriculture has implemented the Invasive Species Inspection Fee to be collected through the carriers:

    • $0.75 per 1000 lbs of all Inbound Cargo (minimum fee: $0.75)

    The fee assessed is for inspection, quarantine and eradication of invasive species brought into Guam via ocean freight.

    PAG Revised Facility Maintenance Fee

    Effective June 1, 2010, the Port Authority of Guam has revised their Facility Maintenance Fee to the following:

    • $25.00 per Full Inbound, Outbound, and Inbound Transhipment Container
    • $1.35 per Revenue Ton for Breakbulk cargo

    The "facility maintenance fee" is the fee assessed for use of port facilities to provide funding for the maintenance, replacement and repair of the port facilities.
