Hazardous Forms

For shipping of any cargo of hazardous nature, booking memo must be accompanied by complete "Safety Data Sheets" and "Shipper's Hazardous Certificate".

Shipping of hazardous materials are subject to the requirements US/DOT 49/CFR. Acceptance of cargo is based on compliance of all regulations and approval of the carrier, vessel's captain, and port of discharge.
